In the case of purchases made outside of the territory of the European Union, duties, taxes, fees, and other charges on customs and / or tax arising out of or related to the import and customs clearance of the goods shall be borne by the buyer, so as shipping costs from customs to their own homes are paid by the buyer.

RETURNS
The item/s must be returned within 14 days of you receiving them. They must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
We do not cover the cost of shipping for return items. If the returned goods prove in any proven / used so even if in very small percentage, will be weighed in order to verify its entirety, and in the event that there be a missing percentage the product will be entirely paid by the customer.
We accept returns for purchases made with vouchers and discount codes and Made-to-Order pieces.

If you will ship the return with your courier please take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
If you are not able to organize the shipment by yourself we can offer you to pick-up your return at the cost of:

Europe: 12,00 €
Extra-Europe: 18,00 €
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive.
However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
